To see if you are eligible for free delivery, please look at the delivery information below. If you are not eligible for free delivery you will not be able to place your order online so please call us for a delivery quote.
All our furniture is made to order and produced to the highest standards. Because of this, orders may sometimes take up to eight weeks. When you place your order we will email you with an estimated delivery date and keep in touch to update you as we progress.
Your furniture will be carefully packed and well protected while in transit. It will be delivered to the position of your choice, unwrapped and assembled as required. Please let us know in advance if you have any access issues or concerns.
We offer free delivery to postcodes starting with the following prefixes:
AL, B, BN, BR, CB, CF, CH, CM, CO, CR, CT, CV, CW, DA, DE, DN, DT, DY, E, EC, EN, GU, HA, HP, HR, IG, IP, KT, LD, LE, LL, LN, LU ME, MK, N, NG, NN, NP, NR, NW, OX, PE, RG, RH, RM, S, SA, SE, SG, SK, SL, SM, SS, ST, SW, SY, TF, TN, TW, UB, W, WA, WC, WD, WR, WS, WV.
For delivery outside of these postcodes, we will need to provide you with a delivery quote.

We take great pride in everything we make but because things occasionally go wrong, our returns policy states that where a damaged or faulty piece of furniture is delivered, we will do our utmost to rectify the error as quickly as possible. Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping, handling or insurance charges, except of course in the case of any errors on our part.
